Warranty Policy

Terms & Conditions
- PEEL’s warranty policy covers manufacturing defects on all products. Products that have been damaged due to a drop, fall, or everyday wear and tear are not included in the warranty.
- All warranty claims must be submitted using this form and require a photo of the product issue as well as the Order ID number. If the product was purchased on Amazon, warranty claims must be submitted on Amazon within the first thirty (30) days. After the thirty (30) day window, a warranty claim can be submitted directly to PEEL through this form. Product photo and Amazon Order ID number must be provided.
- When a warranty claim has been approved, customers will be sent a discount code to cover the repurchase of the product on PEEL’s online store. Discount codes must be used within ten (10) days of receiving the discount code.
- If a customer does not want a replacement item for their warranty claim, PEEL can only provide store credit equal to the value of the product cost at the time of purchase (shipping cost not included).
PEEL Cases come with a two (2) year manufacturer warranty per purchase. Within two (2) years of purchase, you are eligible for one (1) free replacement per case purchased for a qualified warranty claim.
PEEL Glass comes with a one (1) year manufacturer warranty per purchase. Within one (1) year of purchase, you are eligible for one (1) free replacement per product purchased for a qualified warranty claim. Glass must be unused and still attached to the protective backing for a manufacturer warranty claim to be valid.
PEEL Accessories comes with a one (1) year manufacturer warranty per purchase. Within one (1) year of purchase, you are eligible for one (1) free replacement per product purchased for a qualified warranty claim.
CODi Accessories comes with a one (1) year manufacturer warranty per purchase. Within one (1) year of purchase, you are eligible for one (1) free replacement per product purchased for a qualified warranty claim.
